Data collected through this site

If you fill in the demo request form, the data you enter (full name, company, email, phone, number of employees and message) is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the site. We process it only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The same applies to data you give us if you contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Sending the form requires you to have read this policy and given your consent by ticking the box; together with the request we record the date, time and IP address of the submission as proof of consent.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and on your request for information (pre-contractual measures). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows.

Third-party services

Fonts are hosted directly on this site, with no connection to external services. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, please refer to its own privacy policy for how it uses data.
